About Us
Amazing Grace Ministries is a non-denominational ministry founded on May 20, 1992 as an outreach to provide food, clothing and shelter to the sick, poor and elderly, as well as, to provide Christian literature and study. This is still at the core of my ministry, which has since expanded to include: Christ Universal Church, Grace Bible College and Seminary, and the Ambassadors Ministerial Fellowship. By the grace of God we reaching the lost and restoring the found by providing for the spiritual, physical, social, emotional and financial needs of people, as well as, providing a refuge or place of refreshing where people can be refreshed and energized for their individual and corporate calling. There is way too much confusion in the so-called church, that is getting in the way of people who are sincerely seeking a genuine relationship with God through faith in Christ where they can experience the love, grace and mercy that comes from knowing Him. We want to help remove those barriers and open your understanding to allow God to fill the inner void or emptiness that you have inside that money, power, fame nor fortune can fill. You've tried everything else... try Jesus, He won't let you down. Don't take a preachers word for what God says...find out for yourself, because what would it profit a man or woman to gain the whole world and lose his or her soul?

Five-Fold Team Ministry
If you are looking for an oportunity to connect with other maturing believers where the focus is on exalting Christ, Edifying one another and evangelizing the lost then we have a place for you on our team. Our ministry is targeted toward the un-churched, non-traditional believers, ministers, those who don't fit in or feel accepted by the church and to those looking for a fresh start. We are establishing local, national and international five-fold ministry teams of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers to help us reach the lost and restore the found. If you have a calling from God and looking to get equipped for works of service we offer various training programs to get you equipped for works of service. You don't have to be a licensed or ordained minister, we are looking for ordinary people with a servant's heart, who serve an extra-ordinary God. Wanted thirsty souls, who desire communion with God and fellowship with other committed believers who can think, live, love, laugh and thrive outside of the box.

Our Mandate
"Restoring Worship"- we must allow worship to register in our hearts before it is spoken through our lips, unless we become like the children of Israel, who worshipped God with their lips, but their hearts were so far away from Him. Worship is the truest form of ministry. It is the point of contact between God's Spirit and our spirit. He deserves the best worship we can possibly give Him. He deserves the worship of every person. "From the ends of the earth we should hear singing: "Glory to the Righteous One!"
"Rebuilding Lives" - many people have been battered, bruised and damaged by the effects of sin in the world and looking for a new start. We'll God is the God of second chances. Come and be made whole. (1) Every person has a right to a clear presentation of the gospel at his/her level of understanding. (2) Every person has unique gifts that need to be discovered, developed and used to strengthen the Church. (3) Every person needs a biblical moral compass to guide and protect him/her throughout life. (4) Every believer has a part in advancing the global mission of Christ and His church.
"... with the Word of God" - there is no other foundation as firm and solid as the Word of God. For it is living an active, it divides asunder both soul and spirit and discerns the intents of the heart. The wise person will build their life on it, so that when the storms of life come, they will be able to stand. It is spirit and life to all you receive and abide in it and cannot return back unto God void, for it must accomplish the purpose for which it has been sent. To heal, deliver and set the captives free! His Word cannot fail and God cannot lie, which gives us the assurance of knowing that whatever God has said.. it will come to pass.
It's Time to Change The Way You Think About Church
This is no time to be playing church, because souls are at stake. There has to be more to church than just going into a building and sitting through another sermon. Church is not a building, it is a supernatural fellowship of believers who belong to Christ. It's not about building,... it's about people. It's not about where you go or when you go... it's about why you go. It's not about what you know... it's about who you know. It's not about religion... it's about relationship. It's not about money, fame or fortune, because what would it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? We focus on three facets of our relationship with God in order to be made whole: (1) daily personal devotion and worship as individuals, (2) weekly family devotion and worship as m a member of a household and (3) monthly corporate devotion and worship as a member of a local church. It's time to think outside of the the box.

Our Ministries
Christ Universal Church- is our congregational ministry which meets weekly from house to house in small groups called "cell churches" for teaching, prayer, breaking of bread and fellowship where believers can nurture and edify one another through family devotion and worship. Take the church where it matters most... home. "Impacting Our World with the Love of Christ."
Grace Bible College and Seminary- is our educational and training ministry which offers three programs of study in Christian Theology, Practical Ministry and Biblical Studies, which can be studied online, by correspondence or in the classroom at one of our Network Training Centers. Study to show yourself approved unto God. "An Apostolic School of Global Mission - Where Vision Becomes Mission"
Ambassadors Ministerial Fellowship - is our fellowship ministry for graduates of Grace Bible College and Seminary who have joined hands with us in our global evangelism and discipleship efforts. We provide licensing and ordination for qualified members, as well as, provide solid caring leadership, fellowship, training and accountability that fosters a spirit of cooperation, instead of competition. Join us in our global evangelism and discipleship efforts. -"We Are Christ's Ambassadors - Establishing and Expanding the Kingdom of God."
Our Services
- Cell Church Fellowship - Join us as we meet weekly from house to house for teaching, prayer, breaking of bread and fellowship to promote family devotion and worship. Come grow in the Word and enjoy small group fellowship with other maturing believers or open your home as a meeting place for others to connect. We meet every Saturday from house to house across the Atlanta Metro area.
- Corporate Worship and Training Seminars - Join us for a dynamic time of worship and fellowship in the Word during our monthly Corporate Worship and Training Seminars held on the 1st Saturday of each month, where we worship and equip the saints for works of service. Stay the night or the weekend and get refreshed and reconnected with God. Registration is free, but seating is limited, so register early to reserve your space.

Our Invitation
Perhaps you have heard about Jesus from a family member, friend or co-worker, but it is not enough just to hear about Jesus. You must accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior. This is not an invitation to come to or join a church, because church is not somewhere you go, it's something you become a part of when you accept Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Accept Jesus Christ Today
If you would like to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior you can pray this prayer... Father, I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for my sins and He rose again that I may have life and life more abundantly. I repent and surrender my life to Him and want to be forgiven of my sins, so that I might receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and have eternal life. Teach me to obey your will. Amen.
